Look who’s going to be on TV!

John_KDLT

John was interviewed by Jill Johnson from KDLT TV this week! KDLT wanted to do a piece on the Dewey C. Gevik Outdoor Conservation Learning Area and the District was more than happy to oblige. Thanks to our many partners and contributors, the Gevik Learning Area is a wonderful place for nature walks and bird watching. The wetland is home to many species of wildlife, and the observation decks give you a place to sit and relax as you enjoy the sights and sounds of this 100-acre natural learning environment. Three walking trails wind through a working conservation practices system as the Gevik Learning Area also helps to filter water flowing into Wall Lake.

If you enjoy the Gevik Learning Area, we would invite you to make a contribution. Your donation will help defray the costs of upkeep and improvements. Know that 100% of your gift will be applied towards the Gevik Learning Area.

So when will John be on TV? We’ll post an announcement as soon as we hear!
